Bananas are incredibly tasty and easy to eat. What’s more, they’re rich in many essential vitamins and minerals. Green bananas are fine to eat, but they are quite starchy when raw so some people won’t like the flavour that way. You can blend raw green bananas into smoothies, or use them as a thickener in stews. Both ways are safe.
