Dong Gu light soy sauce is made from fermented soybeans, wheat, salt, and water. The fermentation process can take several months or longer, and it produces a liquid that is then pressed and filtered to remove the solids. The resulting soy sauce is salty, savory, and slightly sweet in flavor.
