Description
Khao Soi curry paste is a vibrant and aromatic blend of ingredients used to create the signature Northern Thai dish, Khao Soi. This paste is rich in spices and herbs, combining dried and fresh red chilies, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, galangal, and turmeric, with earthy, slightly sweet notes from toasted cumin and coriander seeds. The paste also includes shrimp paste (or a vegetarian alternative), which adds a depth of umami flavor. The result is a fragrant, slightly spicy, and complex paste that forms the foundation of the curry, which is later combined with coconut milk to create a creamy, flavorful broth for the noodles. CONTAINS WHEAT, GLUTEN.
