Description
Khao Soi curry paste is a vibrant and aromatic blend of ingredients used to create the signature Northern Thai dish, Khao Soi. This paste is rich in spices and herbs, combining dried and fresh red chilies, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, galangal, and turmeric, with earthy, slightly sweet notes from toasted cumin and coriander seeds. The paste also includes shrimp paste (or a vegetarian alternative), which adds a depth of umami flavor.
